Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation number and tracking number vis email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive email updates from USPS or JCEX with shipping and tracking information to the email address you used to place your order.
Change/cancel your orders
Orders may only be modified within 12 business hours from being placed as long as your order’s status is not set to “shipped.” Allen’s Toys begins processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Shipping and Handling
For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.
Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be timeframe guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S. with USPS Ground (Excluding for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Usually, it takes 5-9 business days to deliver depending on the distance to your shipping address from our warehouse.
Additional Shipping Charges
For shipments returned to us due to incorrect/non-standard address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $10 handling fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. This applies to US orders only.
